You may use Trady Bear to access market signals, insights, updates, and videos for personal research and education, subject to your subscription tier.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our Pro content to non-subscribers
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data or content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate Trady Bear staff or other users
- Upload malicious code or engage in phishing
- Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation or insider trading
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our team
4. Content Standards
If you submit comments, feedback, or other user-generated content, it must not be defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund. We may report illegal activity to authorities.
