Trady Bear provides market signals, trading insights, market updates, educational content, and video analysis for informational purposes. We may offer free and premium ("Pro") content tiers.

7. Pro Subscriptions & Payments
If you purchase a Pro subscription:
- Fees are charged as described at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADY BEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trady Bear and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trady Bear operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
